We will offer a full refund or exchange if you received a D.O.A.(dead on arrival) live creature. In order to do this we will need a 60 seconds video of the pet showing is D.O.A. and Shipping box within maximum 1h of the parcel being delivered. If 1h has passed and you didn't reached to us about the issue, your order won't qualify for a refund or exchange anymore.
But if you followed all the procedures and we decide you qualify for a refund or exchange we will send you a replacement asap. Although if a replacement is not possible because of out of stock we will issue a full refund. ( keep in mind the replacement live creature might not be identical as that's impossible, although we will try our best to replace with one close to the previous one you ordered).
Applying for a refund or exchange for a non-live order that arrived damaged:
All products are inspected carefully before shipping and always shipped in perfect condition.
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 10 days of your purchase, if 10 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it .
We will also need pictures of the damaged product and the shipping box.

At times we might offer you a partial refund if the damage is not big and you are willing to still use the item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable!
